The till and the kitchen screen.
Orders, payments, tables, receipts. Fast enough for a queue, simple enough for a new hire’s first shift. Keeps working when the internet doesn’t.
The AI operating system for business
BLIZZ runs your tills, your stock and your team — then tells you what it all means. In plain sentences, every evening, before you have to ask.
Launching soon. $199 a year per branch when we open — join now to be first in your market.
One platform, built for your trade
The engine underneath is identical — the same ledger, the same offline behaviour, the same intelligence. What changes is the vocabulary and the workflow on top.
Tables and floors, kitchen tickets, courses, split bills, modifiers, and stock that comes down to the ingredient as you sell.
Barcodes and variants, stock across locations, purchase orders and returns — the same ledger, the same offline behaviour, a shop’s workflow on top.
Appointments, staff schedules, deposits and repeat clients, for businesses that sell time rather than things.
Three apps, one set of numbers
A cashier at a till and an owner on a Sunday morning need completely different software. BLIZZ gives them each their own, sharing one set of numbers.
Orders, payments, tables, receipts. Fast enough for a queue, simple enough for a new hire’s first shift. Keeps working when the internet doesn’t.
Menu, staff, stock, printers, terminals, reports. Everything you configure once and then stop thinking about.
Reads your live business and tells you what changed, what it means, and what it would do. On your phone, in sentences.
See it working
Core is where the owner runs the business — the numbers, the menu, the team. Terminal is what the cashier touches all day. Same ledger underneath, two very different jobs.
How it fits together
This is the part that makes everything else possible, and it is worth thirty seconds of your time.
Every sale, every payment, every price change is written once, to a single record that is added to and never edited. The till writes to it. The console configures it. The intelligence reads it. Nothing keeps its own private copy, so nothing can disagree — the number on the receipt, the number in the report and the number the AI quotes at you are the same number.
It is also why the audit trail can be trusted. A record that is only ever appended to cannot be quietly tidied up afterwards — by your staff, or by us.
When the internet goes
The connection drops. The power goes. A router dies mid-service and nobody notices for an hour. It happens everywhere, and most restaurant software stops taking money at that moment.
BLIZZ writes every order to the device first and syncs afterwards. Cash, card on your own machine, tables, receipts, kitchen tickets, clocking in — all of it keeps working, all day if it has to.
Measured, not estimated. Two tills, a full simulated service, the connection pulled and restored repeatedly, then both devices restarted.
When the connection returns, everything uploads in order. Nobody re-types anything.
BLIZZ Intelligence
Most software gives you a dashboard and leaves the thinking to you. BLIZZ does the thinking and gives you sentences.
Good evening, Aden.
Revenue is 18% below normal for this time of day.
Lunch was quieter than usual; coffee is holding up.
One till has not checked in for four hours.
No inventory risks.
BLIZZ recommends
One thing worth doing now — check that terminal is online.
Ask it anything in plain language. Why are sales down? What should I reorder? Which of my branches is doing best? It reads your live business to answer — never a number it did not get from your data.
Tell it “add Ahmed as a cashier at Westlands” and it prepares the change, shows you exactly what will happen, and waits.
Nothing happens until you approve it. BLIZZ Intelligence never writes to your business directly — it proposes, you decide, and the same checks apply as if you had done it by hand. Ask for something ambiguous and it asks you back rather than guessing.
“Put the coffee up 10%.” Plain language, no menus.
It reads your live data and writes a proposal — what changes, how many records, what it costs.
Approve, edit, or dismiss. Nothing has happened yet.
Nothing crosses this line without youThrough the same code a click would use, with the same permissions and the same checks.
Who, what, when, and what it was before. The record cannot be edited.
That gate is not a setting anyone can switch off. It is built into the database itself: there is no path in the system that turns a suggestion into a change without a person in the middle.
Getting started
No integration to wait for. No approval from a payment provider. Set up your menu, add your staff, and take money.
Name, country, currency. Two minutes.
Import a list or type it in. Staff get a PIN — a new cashier is added in under ten seconds.
Install BLIZZ Terminal, enter the code, connect your printer.
Cash and card work immediately. Connect a payment provider whenever your own account with them is approved.
However your customers pay
Every market pays differently. Cards in one, a mobile wallet in the next, bank transfer somewhere else, buy-now-pay-later after that — and cash almost everywhere.
BLIZZ does not ship a different version for each country. You switch on the methods your customers use, put them in the order your cashiers reach for, and the till adapts. Add one nobody has heard of and it works the same day.
BLIZZ never touches your money. You keep your own merchant accounts, and payments settle directly to you — exactly as they do today.
Cash, card on your own machine, bank transfer, recorded mobile payments, gift cards and store credit all work with no integration and no approval, from the first day.
Pricing
BLIZZ Standard
$199 / year
per branch
One price a year, everything in it. No per-user fee, no per-transaction cut, no charge for the AI, and no separate licence for the offline part. Add a branch, pay for a branch.
Priced in USD. Billing in your own currency is coming.
How your data is handled
BLIZZ never sells it, never shares it, and never shows another business anything of yours. Market comparisons are anonymous averages across many businesses — never a named competitor.
You hold your own merchant accounts. BLIZZ records payments; it does not take them.
Who changed a price, when, and what it was before. The record cannot be edited or deleted, by anyone, including us.
Payment credentials are encrypted before they are stored and can never be read back — not by your staff, not by you, not by BLIZZ support.
Questions
Everything keeps working. Orders, payments, tables, receipts and kitchen tickets are written to the till itself and upload when the connection returns. Only integrated payments that need the network — a wallet push, a card processor — have to wait, and the till says so clearly rather than failing.
No. Cash, card on your own machine, bank transfer and manually recorded mobile payments all work from the first day. Connect a provider whenever your own account with them is approved — the restaurant keeps trading the whole time.
No. You keep your own merchant accounts and money settles directly to you. BLIZZ charges one yearly price per branch and nothing else.
Only what their job needs. Cashiers see the till. Managers see operations. BLIZZ Intelligence — sales, staff performance, margins — is for the owner only.
Your tills keep taking money. A lapsed subscription locks administration in BLIZZ Core, not trading. Your customers are not part of a billing dispute, and you are never locked out of your own takings.
Any. Currency, tax and receipt rules are set per business. BLIZZ handles currencies properly — including the ones with three decimal places and the ones with none, where most software silently assumes two and quietly gets every total wrong.
No. BLIZZ runs on a Windows or Mac computer, a tablet, or a phone, with any standard receipt printer.
We’re rolling out market by market. Leave your email and we’ll reach out the day you can set up your business and start taking money — no call to book, no salesperson.
